If you received a "Gateway Error" and/or "Credit Card Declined" message this indicates that the credit card information entered was either incorrect or declined. You may see a "pending transaction" on your statement for this decline, but it will be removed by your bank within 3 business days. In order to properly submit your order, please check the following:

    1. Credit Card number, expiration date, and security code entered are correct
    2. Postal Code for your credit card is correct
    3. Check with your bank for any credit card purchasing limits and/or that sufficient funds are available to make the purchase
    4. Please wait at least 2 minutes in between attempted transactions

If your order was successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation number via e-mail immediately after purchase (check spam folder just in case).
