All purchases made online or in-store may be returned for a refund (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of receiving the item(s). All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging.
In order to return a product, you must obtain a return authorization. To do so, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Subject line: Product return request
- Body of e-mail: Please include your full name, phone number, order number, and reason for return request.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
* If the item is sent back without obtaining a return authorization, we do not guarantee a refund or replacement. Refunds may take up to 14 days.
** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. However, in the event that we have shipped an incorrect item, Athlos fitness will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs.
*** Since 2019, all returns are subject to a processing fee equal to 2.9%.
